Karl has advised leading private fund managers on formations, transactions, and regulatory matters since 2019. As a member of Nimble’s legal team, Karl’s responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, administration of the firm’s compliance program and coordination with the Firm’s business and accounting teams. Prior to joining Nimble, Karl practiced with Sidley Austin’s Investment Funds group. Karl holds a BA from Duke University and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
